Universe Testing Laboratory is a coffee testing laboratory in Nilgiris providing reliable analytical testing services for coffee manufacturers, processors, traders, exporters and other food businesses. Our coffee testing services help evaluate the quality, purity, composition and consistency of coffee and coffee-based products.
We provide testing for roasted and ground coffee, soluble coffee powder, instant coffee, coffee-chicory products and other coffee preparations. Depending on the product and testing requirement, analysis may include moisture, total ash, water-soluble ash, acid-insoluble ash, aqueous extract, caffeine, alkalinity of soluble ash and solubility.
Coffee product testing may also include adulteration screening, detection of chicory and other applicable quality parameters. Testing is carried out using applicable FSSAI requirements, Indian Standards, AOAC methods and other recognized test methods. Where applicable, tests covered under our current NABL accreditation scope are reported accordingly.
