Universe Testing Laboratory is a jaggery testing laboratory in Nilgiris providing reliable analytical testing services for jaggery manufacturers, producers, traders, food processors and other food businesses. Our jaggery testing services help evaluate the quality, purity, composition and safety of jaggery products.
We provide testing for different jaggery products including solid jaggery, jaggery powder, liquid jaggery and palm or sugarcane-based jaggery products. Depending on the product and requirement, testing may include moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, reducing sugars, total sugars, sucrose, insoluble matter and other relevant physicochemical and nutritional parameters.
Jaggery food testing may also include adulteration screening, synthetic colour detection, heavy metals, microbiological analysis and other applicable food safety parameters. Testing is carried out using applicable FSSAI requirements, Indian Standards, AOAC methods and other recognized test methods. Where applicable, tests covered under our current NABL accreditation scope are reported accordingly.
