Universe Testing Laboratory is a juice testing laboratory in Erode providing reliable analytical testing services for juice manufacturers, fruit processors, beverage producers and other food businesses. Our juice testing services help evaluate the quality, composition, authenticity and safety of fruit juices and fruit-based beverages.
We provide testing for fresh juices, packaged fruit juices, fruit nectars, ready-to-serve fruit beverages, fruit drinks, pulp-based beverages and fruit concentrates. Depending on the product and requirement, testing may include total soluble solids (TSS), acidity, fruit juice content, sugars, pH and other relevant physicochemical and compositional parameters.
Juice product testing may also include microbiological analysis, preservative testing, permitted food additives, adulteration screening and other applicable food safety requirements. Testing is carried out using applicable FSSAI requirements, Indian Standards, AOAC methods and other recognized test methods. Where applicable, tests covered under our current NABL accreditation scope are reported accordingly.
