We provide testing for different milk and dairy products including milk, curd, paneer, butter, khoa, milk powder, condensed milk, dairy beverages and other milk-based products. Depending on the product and requirement, testing may include moisture, milk fat, protein, total solids, solids-not-fat, ash, titratable acidity and other relevant physicochemical and compositional parameters.
Milk product testing may also include adulteration screening, microbiological analysis, contaminants and other applicable food safety requirements. Testing is carried out using applicable FSSAI requirements, Indian Standards, AOAC methods and other recognized test methods.
