Our nut testing services help evaluate the quality, purity, composition and safety of nuts and nut-based products.
We provide testing for almonds, cashews, pistachios, peanuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, nut powders, roasted nuts, mixed nuts and other nut products. Depending on the product and requirement, testing may include moisture, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, oil content, acidity of extracted oil and other relevant quality parameters.
Nut product testing may also include rancidity-related parameters, aflatoxins, mycotoxins, pesticide residues, heavy metals, adulteration screening and other applicable food safety requirements. Testing is carried out using applicable FSSAI requirements, Indian Standards, AOAC methods and other recognized test methods. Where applicable, tests covered under our current NABL accreditation scope are reported accordingly.
