Universe Testing Laboratory is a sugar products testing laboratory in Nilgiris providing reliable analytical testing services for sugar manufacturers, food processors, confectionery businesses, traders and other food businesses. Our sugar testing services help evaluate the quality, purity, composition and consistency of sugar and sugar-based products.
We provide testing for different sugar products including white sugar, brown sugar, powdered sugar, cane sugar, sugar syrups, confectionery ingredients and other sugar-based products. Depending on the product and requirement, testing may include moisture, total sugars, reducing sugars, sucrose, ash, colour, insoluble matter and other relevant physicochemical and quality parameters.
Sugar product testing may also include adulteration screening, sulphur dioxide, microbiological analysis and other applicable food safety parameters. Testing is carried out using applicable FSSAI requirements, Indian Standards, AOAC methods and other recognized test methods. Where applicable, tests covered under our current NABL accreditation scope are reported accordingly.
