Our sweets testing services help evaluate the quality, safety, composition and consistency of traditional and packaged sweet products.
We provide testing for a wide range of sweets including milk sweets, traditional sweets, dry sweets, syrup-based sweets, confectionery products and packaged mithai. Depending on the product and requirement, testing may include moisture, protein, fat, ash, carbohydrates, sugars, acidity, energy value and other relevant physicochemical and nutritional parameters.
Sweet food testing may also include microbiological analysis, adulteration screening, synthetic food colours, preservatives, rancidity-related parameters, shelf-life evaluation and other applicable food safety requirements. Testing is carried out using applicable FSSAI requirements, Indian Standards, AOAC methods and other recognized test methods.
