Universe Testing Laboratory is a tea testing laboratory in Erode providing reliable analytical testing services for tea manufacturers, processors, traders, exporters and other food businesses. Our tea testing services help evaluate the quality, purity, composition and safety of tea products.
We provide testing for black tea, green tea, flavoured tea, Kangra tea and other tea products. Depending on the product and testing requirement, analysis may include moisture, total ash, water-soluble ash, acid-insoluble ash, water extract, crude fibre, alkalinity of water-soluble ash, iron filings and other relevant quality parameters.
Tea product testing may also include adulteration screening, added colour detection, pesticide residues, heavy metals and other applicable food safety requirements. Testing is carried out using applicable FSSAI requirements, Indian Standards, AOAC methods and other recognized test methods. Where applicable, tests covered under our current NABL accreditation scope are reported accordingly.
