We provide testing for different savoury products including namkeen, mixture, bhujia, sev, fried snacks, roasted snacks, cereal-based snacks, pulse-based snacks and other savoury food products. Depending on the product and requirement, testing may include moisture, total fat, acid-insoluble ash and other relevant physicochemical quality parameters.
Savoury food testing may also include adulteration screening, rancidity-related parameters, microbiological analysis and other applicable food safety requirements. Testing is carried out using applicable FSSAI requirements, Indian Standards, AOAC methods and other recognized test methods. Where applicable, tests covered under our current NABL accreditation scope are reported accordingly.
